How does the full-game unlock work?
The planned App Store release includes a free, replayable introduction and one permanent full-game purchase. It is not a subscription. The unlock removes the payment boundary; you still earn coins to collect foods, tools, and worlds. Future game-content updates are included.
How do I restore a purchase?
After completing the brief introduction, use the Apple Account that originally bought the full-game unlock. Connect to the internet, then tap Pause → Full playground → Restore purchases. Follow any Apple prompts. Restoring an existing purchase does not charge you again.
Restore Purchases restores your full-game license. It does not restore coins, trophies, unlocked items earned through play, or a previous screen of splatter. Those are stored locally on the device.
Apple says my purchase is pending.
A purchase may wait for payment processing or Ask to Buy approval. Let Apple finish the request rather than repeatedly buying. The full game unlocks after Apple confirms the purchase. If the result does not appear, reconnect to the internet and try Restore Purchases.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress is saved on your iPad. There is currently no studio account or cloud progress sync. Deleting the app can remove that progress. Restoring the paid license does not recreate your local collection.
What happens when I use Start Over?
Start Over resets gameplay progression and shows the introduction again. It does not cancel or remove a verified full-game purchase. The game may retain a local recovery copy of the previous save; Start Over is not a permanent data-erasure function.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
Can I report a bug or suggest something wonderfully silly?
Absolutely. Email nate@tinyanvil.net. For a bug, include what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. Never send an Apple Account password or a full payment-card number.
Purchase instructions describe the App Store release. Development and testing builds may have different menus or purchase availability.
